Description: Join us to celebrate local women's progress and explore the theme of implicit bias in STEM. The half-day will start with an interactive workshop, "Navigating Gender Bias in STEM from the Inside Out", followed by lunch, and short talks by inspiring local women leaders in STEM. Our keynote address will be delivered by Dr. Eve Fine, a leader in implicit bias research from UW-Madison's WISELI and we the symposium will close with a networking reception (drinks and apps will be served).
